Returns & Exchanges.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if there is a size mismatch, you may return the merchandise unused, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Courier the parcel back to us.

Please do not dispatch products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us. We do not accept returns if the product is dispatched to us after 10 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at info@vihara.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs when sent. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

REFUNDS & SALE ITEMS

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at Maximum Retail Price (MRP), without any discount. Merchandise bought on sale or discount is not eligible for a refund; however, it can be exchanged for a different size/style or store credit.

For eligible refunds (such as quality defects or cancellations prior to dispatch), the amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days.
