We accept domestic returns for unused merchandise with original tags within 10 days of delivery. International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received damaged.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and approve the return. Please note, items bought on Sale/Discount are not eligible for a refund, only store credit.

For ready-to-wear apparel, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days. For custom-sized orders, please allow 14 to 21 days for us to craft and deliver your garment.

For international orders, product prices do not include duties. Custom duties and other levies in the destination country are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We cannot accept cancellations for altered garments. For other orders, please contact us immediately at care@vihara.in. If the order has not been dispatched, we will assist you.

Vihara is a homegrown Indian label. Our studio and operations are based in Kolkata, India.
