EXCHANGE POLICY & RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, size mismatch you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at www.vihara.co.in would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.

Domestic Return: On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Courier the parcel back to us.

International Return: We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at reach@vihara.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 10 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on sale/discount offer is not eligible for a refund. However it can be exchanged for different size/style or our online reward point.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

•    The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
•    The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
•    The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.

An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.vihara.co.in. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you. Please note no refunds are done at store.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Vihara Fashions as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Vihara Fashions is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Customers should keep their receipt and tracking numbers on file.

Customers that we find abuse our return remake or exchange policies may be restricted from making additional purchases.

Altered garments cannot be cancelled/ exchanged.


SHIPMENT POLICY

All items purchased from www.vihara.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order for our ready-to-wear apparel, and 14-21 days for our custom-sized apparel.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Vihara Fashions Pvt. Ltd. delivers to most states and cities in India. Since courier companies do not deliver to P. O. Box address, it is necessary when buying through the site to enter your full street address along with pin/zip code.

•    Deliveries are generally done during the normal business hours of courier companies.
•    There are no pick-ups from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not pick-up packages on those days.
•    Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, viz. wherein the address and zip code do not match. In such cases Vihara Fashions will not bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, this will be entirely to the customer’s account.
•    Please therefore ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
•    If a package is sent back to our warehouse as undeliverable, the customer will assume any re-shipping costs.
